Transformation station

Remember the old Schoolhouse Rock songs?  One of my favorites was "Conjunction Junction," -- sing it with me now: "Conjunction Junction, what's your function?  Hookin' up words and phrases and clauses."

That song came to mind as I was checking out a new section at Quixtar.com devoted to aspects of Quixtar's business transformation.  While it's not really called "Transformation Station," it might as well be, because it's one place to stop to see all that's happening to transform IBO businesses.  You can click through a tile ad on the IBO login page or go directly to www.quixtar.com.

There you'll see a webcast featuring Doug DeVos, Steve Van Andel, Quixtar's new Managing Director Steve Lieberman and others talking about how we're transforming our business through products, training, compensation, reputation, and relationship programs.  You'll be able to learn all about Simply Nutrilite or download a copy of the Quixtar Business Opportunity Brochure.  Or link through to Quixtar University and take a course and click to see all the details of the huge QBI program.

You'll want to bookmark the page so you can see in one place everything we're doing to make your businesses more successful and profitable.

Here's a transformation: They actually changed the formula of the Body Series Anti-perspirant/deodorant Stick. I had a downline IBO order a >>case<< of it and I got real nervous because of how bad the old stuff was, so I checked out the product flyer and it says, "new and improved formula." I thought I would take a chance and order it and it came today. I don't know what they did to it, but it is wonderful. I can finally get rid of my Brand-X. Now, if they would just go back to a square container and add a small plastic scoop for the Dish Drops Automatic so we could get it out of the box without pouring it, that would be incredible.

What's the chance of having personalized Quixtar site(tfraley.quixtar.com)?

This would make promoting to customers soooo much easier and without the fear of them accidentally registering under someone else.  The customer shouldn't have to figure out how to be a customer with the right IBO by entering the IBO# and key.  Registering on a retail site and then going to Quixtar is a bit quirky for the customer also.

Is anyone else thinking this way?

Thanks times two, Beth!

First, the transformation page is well put together [AND] easy to navigate. I wasn't sure how it would all fit on one page, [BUT] you did it. Options in your blog of how to get to it; this way [OR] that way? brillant!

BTW, here is the YouTube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkO87mkgcNo

Second, thanks for getting that tune STUCK IN MY HEAD!!!!

"Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,

A tale of a fateful trip

That started from this tropic port

Aboard this tiny ship...... "

Tag.

Beth

This is the third time I'm asking. I'm getting concerned because you don't answer my question. Are all of the Simply Nutrilite products made by Nutrilite or not? It's nice to have Gabrielle as a spokesperson but I need to know as do my downline. Does Nutrilite make the bars in Simply Nutrilite and does XS make the Simply Nutrilite Antoxidant Juices? Why don't you answer the question?

Tom, I agree about the personal sites. I wish they were either a direct link to the quixtar site, or they could be general sites with ALL the products, including Partner Stores, maybe emphasizing a lead-in product line like now. Also, I still wish they could be more customizable. I think all those changes will come eventually, but I don't think it hurts to tell them what we want.

Patience, Tex, I've been away from the blogs a bit. Not all the Simply Nutrilite products are manufactured by Nutrilite but they are manufactured to Nutrilite's standards. Need to check on your XS question.

Tex, just got word back from the marketers -- XS does not manufacture the juice product. The can, of course, is very similar, and was designed for both ideal cold storage as well as to appeal to upper elementary and middle school kids. So it was designed to be cool on two fronts!

C'mon Beth,

Tex and his downline (aka his cat) need to know!  They are pivotal to Amway's future success.

Why you folks put up with him I will never understand.  He is what people hate about Amway.

Happy Halloween!

Be nice, Rocket! All voices and questions are welcome here, but sometimes I'm not as attentive to this blog as I might like and often need to seek an answer elsewhere. I don't know everything! And I did respond yesterday, but must have added it to the wrong thread. Will correct, but repeat the answer here. Tex, XS does not manufacture the juice product. The can is identical, and that's because it needed to be suitable for cold storage and also because the shape is appealing to your upper elementary and lower middle school kids -- the ones likely to drink the stuff.
